Although the labor migrations to Germany are mainly expressed in the stories, the suffering of exiles and refugees are also described, and the phenomenon of migration is not approached unilaterally. In this direction, the phenomenon of migration in our study will be evaluated with the document analysis method under the headings of labor migration, migration through marriage, exile, political refugees. It has been seen that Germany, which is seen as a door of hope, is also perceived as an exile and a place of escape for women, and Karel executed strong, successful, struggling, patient image of a woman no matter what and didn’t hesitate to criticize women when appropriate.

Abstract (Turkish)

Neşe Karel’in Öykülerinde Göç Olgusu
