Characteristics including age, gender, years of education, the environment in which they lived, and academic achievements were recorded through a form created by researchers. Time Management Inventory measured time management skills of the students. Wellness Evaluation of Lifestyle Scale was used to assess their overall wellness. Results: According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis, overall wellness has been influenced by time management skills and years of education in the university students (p<0.001). Conclusion: In the light of these findings, the occupational therapists in the university students may improve time management skills, which are an important part of life skills.
